The Misk Skills Traineeships Program aims to empower talented Saudi youth across university students, fresh graduates, and young professionals to launch their professional careers by offering professional opportunities in collaboration with top-tier international and local organizations

Education For Employment in Saudi was established in June 2016 as the latest affiliate in EFE’s network across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), EFE is the leading youth employment organization in the kingdom that empower unemployed youth to tangible job opportunities through its vast employer partner network. 

Our mission is to address youth unemployment by bridging the gap between labor market needs and the existing soft skills of young job seekers. EFE In Saudi offers demand-driven skills trainings delivered by certified trainers and covering behavioral competencies. We place our graduates in career-launching and high-demand sectors.

Application criteria
  • Saudi nationals only 
  • Bachelor’s graduates with 6 months to one year of experience 
  • Applications are open for all majors, but preferred majors are listed below: 

- Web Development 

- Electrical Engineering Computer Science 

- Computer Science 

- Information Technology 

- Software Engineering 

- Graphic Design 

- Informatics  

- Human Centered Design 

- Languages, Linguistics, and Literature 

- Marketing 

- Public Relations 

- Human Resources 

  • Outstanding academic performance with a high cumulative GPA 
  • High proficiency in English and Arabic

Yes, the video is a mandatory part of the application. For more details about how to record your video, please visit our application page for the opportunity that you are applying for. 

Yes, if you have successfully moved to the next stage of our selection process, we will notify you via email as early as possible. If we decide not to move forward with your application, we will also inform you after a short period of time. 

You will need to check with your university directly as this will depend on the number of hours required for your internship/co-op.
