Participants will work their way through a 9-week intensive curriculum, where they learn the keys to leadership, gain self-confidence and master invaluable speaking skills. The Ignited Voices program will offer coaching, networking and media-training for mid-career Saudi leaders, along with advanced training for selected delegates. Immersive and competitive, the program will enhance participants' public speaking skills for success across various fields and areas of expertise.

As they work through the program, participants will engage in 1-on-1 mentor session, peer-to-peer feedback, and group presentations. Participants who complete the training will be awarded a "Leadership Certification" and have the opportunity to compete to be designated Saudi delegates for global events.

The top 20 participants will undergo in-depth training on policy development, negotiation, and presentation skills, preparing them to become global ambassadors for Saudi at high-profile gatherings, such as Y20, Davos, UN events and many others. The overall leadership program, and the extended training offered to the top 20, will hone participants' natural public speaking, debate and problem-solving abilities. This will prime them to represent Saudi on global stages in a manner that is poised, inspiring and confident.
