Speaker's Background

Mohammed Al Alrifi is the co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of Floward, the preferred online flowers and gift destination in the MENA and the UK. He joined Floward in 2019, led its launch in KSA, and has since grown to manage the entire region. Mohammed worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture (2015-2020), where he helped clients develop business strategies, transformation planning, organizational restructuring, and performance improvement. Mohammed has also previously worked at Aramco’s entrepreneurship arm “Wa’ed” with the Optimization and Process Improvement team to support startups. Mohammed graduated with honors from King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals with a major in Industrial & Systems Engineering. He also attended an exchange semester for honor students at the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
